We drove to NC today... we made a stop at Ketchie Creek Bakery for a delicious 5 flavor pound cake.
In case you were wondering, the 5 flavors are: lemon, almond, vanilla, coconut, and rum (kind of like pledging info... some things will always be remembered).
Topped with cream cheese icing!
