Settling in

Not a lot of exciting stuff the last few days...

we've done a lot of cleaning, organizing, rearranging, and shopping. We've gone to Carrefour three times. Carrefour is at the same time the best store and worst store ever. Best because it has EVERYTHING at low prices; worst because it is ALWAYS crowded! We've also gone to IKEA twice (which was surprisingly not nearly as crowded as the one in Atlanta) to get some things for the apartment. An American woman who is moving back to the States gave us her bed frame and we set it up yesterday afternoon. Wednesday night we went for a walk at the park... and went for a run there this morning. Also this week, Pamela helped us set up our checking account and Arlin helped us set up renter's insurance. We still need to get a cell phone set up- hopefully we'll do that this afternoon or tomorrow.
